Bijoux Holiday Properties Booking conditions

If you are booking more than 30 days prior to the start date of the holiday let, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required with your booking form. The remaining 75% is required 30 days prior to the holiday let start date.

If you are booking less than 30 days prior to the start date of the holiday let, full payment is required with your booking form.

Late bookings are payable by prior arrangement.

Payment may be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Bijoux Properties’ and forwarded to Christine Atkinson, The Shield, Eastgate, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, UK, CF71 7EL. Please call us on +44 (0) 1446 771 539 for direct banking arrangements.

Telephone reservations will be held for 3 days pending receipt of booking form and deposit/full payment.

No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents. The use of the cottage and all amenities is entirely at the user’s risk.

Within reason, guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents beyond minor breakages. Please inform us of any breakages so that we may make replacements for your convenience and that of subsequent guests.

The principal Hirer must be over 21 years of age.

In the event of the property not being available for any reason beyond our control, the Proprietors liability will end with the repayment of any monies thus paid.

The Hirer shall allow the Proprietors or their employees entry to the premises for all reasonable purposes.

Terms and conditions of rental

Unless by prior arrangement, arrival time is from 3pm onwards.

On arrival, we will be at the accommodation to greet you, where possible.

The accommodation must be vacated on the day of departure by the time stated (normally 10am unless otherwise agreed in advance). Please post the key back through the letterbox.

Mimosa cottage has 1 double bed and 1 single; it is possible that 2 adults may also be accommodated on the sofa bed in the sitting room.

Only persons named on the booking form are permitted to sleep in the accommodation (due to insurance provisions).

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Pets are welcome by special arrangement at a cost of £15 per booking; Assistance Dogs are welcome at all times, free of charge.
