From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the upper hallway with views over the surrounding gardens.

The apartment comprises a lovely, light and airy lounge/dining room with matching sofa and double sofabed, dining table and four chairs. For your entertainment, we provide a colour TV with integrated DVD/CD/PhotoCD together with a selection of music and flims. We can also provide telephone/broadband internet connection by arrangement for longer stays. From the windows in the lounge, there are views over the surrounding gardens towards Cowbridge's historic high street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There will be a small welcome basket for your arrival. You can expect, of course, a full dinner service, pots and pans, dishes and utensils of all desriptions - should you decide to cook rather than visit one of the nearby award winning cafes and restaurants. Just step out of the door, pop round the corner and you have a choice within a very short and easy strollng distance!

The bathroom, just installed for Christmas 2006, is decorated in neutral tones and is equipped with a brand new bathroon suite (bath and over bath electric shower). There is a large airing cupboard - ideal for keeping towels nice and dry (including beach towels!)

The gorgeous double bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and matching bedside locker. Spare bedding for the sofabed is kept on the shelf in the wardrobe and spare pillows are located in the under bed drawer. There is a CD player and a small selection of bed time reaching to help you relax into a good night's sleep!

There is extra storage space in both the ground floor level entrance hall and in the upper hallway. The ground floor cupboard houses a couple of extra director's chairs and garden umbrella.

The apartment is heated by modern electric storage heaters and a contemporary flame effect fire in the lounge.
